Job Role

Tasked with documenting the SAP CoE standard operating procedures and processes. 

A working knowledge of ITIL, Cobit and SAP methodologies will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Document current processes, including workflows, procedures, and policies, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the SAP CoE operations. 
  • Document Operational standard operating procedures in the form of Operational Handbooks.
  • Process Mapping – Create detailed process maps and flowcharts to visualize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with the SAP CoE Team Leads and Leadership Team to understand current processes and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

  • SAP Expertise –  In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, Success Factors) is advanatgeous
  • Previous experience in process analysis, business process reengineering, or related roles is preferred.

  • Analytical Skills – Strong analytical abilities to systematically analyze complex processes, identify patterns, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Problem-Solving – Excellent problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues and develop creative solutions to address them.
  • Communication – Effective communication skills to articulate complex ideas, facilitate discussions with stakeholders, and present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
  • Process Mapping Tools – Proficiency in using process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio or BPMN (Process Model and Notation) software to create process documentation and visualizations.
  • Documentation – Ability to create comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Collaboration – Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build consensus among stakeholders with diverse perspectives and priorities.
